What does this torch test result mean?

hi i am 9 weeks pregnant i had a torch test in which rubella antibody IgG is postive and at 25.0 /IU/L and cytomegalo virus antibody IgG is also positive 1.78 A.I. is there anything to worry about and is my beby safe??????????i m really worried please guide.

Hello,

Ig G against rubella and cytomegalovirus suggests infection in past. Ig G antibodies can cross placenta and are protective against these infections.
