Hello, The condition is goitre, which is causing increase in the size of the thyroid gland. This occurs most often due to deficiency of iodine leading to less thyroid hormone secretion. Because of this there is excess stimulation of thyroid gland leading to increase in size, plus increase in TSH. So due to this you have Hypothyroidism (not hyper as mentioned). This needs to be corrected by taking appropriate dosage of levo thyroxine tablets. Dose has to be calculated based on body weight, T4 levels & TSH levels. But early treatment with thyroxine is essential. Thanks
