General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
By looking at the report of your thyroid profile, it appears that -
1. TSH level is low.
2. FT3 level is within normal limits.
3. FT4 level is within normal limits.
Antibodies of thyroid gland TPOab is high and its receptors appear to be involved in tissue destructive processes associated with hypothyroidism observed in Hashimoto's and atrophic thyroiditis.
Appearance of TPOab usually precedes the development of thyroid dysfunction.
Hence you might be having hypothyroidism associated with Hashimoto's thyroiditis.
Kindly get evaluated by a Physician and get treated accordingly.
All the best.
