Hi I have an eight month baby boy , he had a diarrhea with visible blood and muscle in stool, then the stool analysis result showed Amoeba cyst in Stool , the Doctor prescribed Metronidazole , Zinc and Cifigate syrups after 8 days I got another test of my babie s stool, RBC is 0-1/hpf and Pus cell is 1-2/hpf. undigested food and active bacteria is also seen. Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your child stool report showing amoeba eggs is suggestive of amoebic dysentery or amoebiasis. For that metronidazole is a drug of choice and now repeat stool showing no eggs suggest improvement. 1 or 2 pus cells or RBC can be seen normally as well.

So don't worry about that. Presence of bacteria might be from contamination. So do a follow-up with your treating doctor by keeping in mind that stool report is not abnormal.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
