What Does This Sputum Test Report Specify?

Just had a sputum test which read: Many mixed gram neg and gram pos flora Many polymorphonuclear leukocytes Few Squamous epithelial cells I am 76 years old. I have had both breasts removed, last one just a month ago. I would like to know if this means I have cancer in my lungs.
