What Does This Spinal MRI Result For Left-sided Back Pain Indicate?

Lt side of back.Very painful and spasams. Recently had a vertebroplasty at T-9 for a compression fracture.Now tis pain is different and started right after the procedure. Another MRI (partial) but only showed adema.What else could be wrong? It is also affecting my breathing.I have COPD.

There must be mild tissue edema which usually happens after surgery this edema and scar itself triggers or irritates the nerve and causes pain physiotherapy could help get yourself re evaluated by a physiotherapist
