What Does This Sperm Analysis Finding Indicate?

Hello Doctor, I am Rohan Rodrigues aged 34 years from India. I was told to do my semen test as we do not have children. The report says the sperm count is 8 millions/ml. Other findings; 8% microhead forms and few abnormal mid pieces of sperm. I need to know what is this?

I really appreciate your concern, actually semen analysis need to be done after the abstinent period of at least fifteen days (Means no ejaculation till fifteen days in any manner ) this type of semen analysis give accurate results, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
