What Does This Sonography Report Of Abdomen Indicate?

SONOGRAPHY OF ABDOMEN SHOWS DIFFUSE FATTY CHANGES IN LIVER AND TINY ECHOGENIC FOCI IN LEFT KIDNEY -? SMALL CALCULUS WHAT THIS MEANS ?
KEDNEY - right kidney measures appx-9.6X4.7cms and left appx-9.5X5.7 cms.both are narmal in size,shape and echotexture with maintained conticomedullary differentiation.AN echogenic foci of appx-4mm in upper calyx of left kedney .No renal calculi/ hydronephrosis noted in right kedney
please advice how is report ?

As the sonography report indicates fat deposition in liver.

? small calculus mean a mass measuring 4mm in the left kidney possibility it can be a kidney stone or a cyst.

further evaluation recommended by your physician can rule out whether it is a stone or anything else.
