Hello

Fetal pole should have been visualized by this time. You need follow up USG after 2 weeks.
Another concerning factor is irregular G-sac.It is not a good sign.If fetal pole is not visualized after 2 weeks then it may indicate missed abortion.
Slight separation of G-sac is not a concerning factor if fetal pole is visualized in next ultrasound.Generally slight separation doesn't affect pregnancy if fetal parameters are fine.
So,you should wait till next ultrasound scan.
You have been prescribed right medicines.

Wish you all the best.
Take Care
