I have gone through your query and can understand your concern... As per your semen analysis report you have semen volume of 2 ml & sperm count of 110 million per ml, which is normal. As per motility, total mobility is 70 % which is also normal. However progressive motile sperms are only 40% of total sperms, 30% are non progressive motile & rest 30 % are non-motile or dead. As per morphology 80% sperms are of normal shape & rest with abnormal shape. You also have 30-40 leukocytes or white blood cells per high power field. However there was nil presence of epithelial cells or red blood cells in semen.
All together you semen analysis report shows that you should be suffering from mild asthenospermia or low sperm motility. There is also leukocytospermia or presence of leukocytes in semen(which are normally absent). This might be reason of infertility problem you are facing.
Refer to your physician Hope this information helps
