What Does This Semen Analysis Report Mean?
My Sperm Count is 25 Millions/ml , Actively Motile 30%, Sluggishly Motile 5%, Non-motile 65% and Abnormal Forms 90% Is it possible for me to produce the normal sperm in a required percentage?. or what kind of treatments I should take?? Please advise me.......

A minimal sperm count of 20 millions/ml is required for pregnancy to occur,other para-meters being normal.In your semen analysis,motility ,which should be above 65-70 per cent is less.Non-motile are dead sperms. Normal forms should be more than 60 per cent.Hope this semen test was done after observing two days abstinence, i.e. 2 days without sex.
You should get yourself checked by a Urologist for possible varicocele.A scrotal doppler Ultrasound scan will be done.According to report, he/she will advice you about treatment to improve the sperm parameters.
