Your semen analysis shows two important things one is that you have low sperm count the other is that your sperm motility is also low. In males 90% time the cause of low sperm count and motility is varicocele which is the abnormal dilatation of testicular veins which leads to stasis of blood in testis and it will increase the testicular temperature leading to death and deformity. I would advise you to get your scrotal doppler ultrasound to rule out varicocele first.
