What Does This Semen Analysis Report Indicate?

hello doctor, my husband s semen test report: color : Opaque grey, odor : musty Volume : 5ml( period of sexual abstinen- 4days ), Reaction ph :8.0 Total Sperm count : 54 million/ml motility after 30 minutes rapid:0% sluggishly progressive : 15% non motile : 85% motility after 2 hours rapid : 0 sluggish : 10% non motile :90% motility after 4 hours rapid : 0% sluggish : 5% non motile : 95% Fructose : present is this normal count or low count please give me the good answer sir regards lalitha sathish

Your husband semen showing normal sperm count

But let me know you, your husband's sperm motility is affected very much... Non motile sperm definitely High...

I advise you to repeat semen after three day of sexual abstinence period

If still non motile sperm high then rule out causes for that like.......
_vitamin, mineral deficiency
_Hormonal imbalance
_stress
_smoking
_alcohol
_excess heat exposure

Avoid stress, smoking

You can be prescribed hey Forte like tablet that contain selenium, arginine, vitamin E, coenzyme Q10 like substance which act as antioxidants and helps in improving motility of sperm
