What Does This Scan Result For Abdomen Indicate?

Hello doctor, My scanning results say, luminar diameter of 10 mm noted in the right iliac foossa with minimal wall thickening S/o sub-acute appendicitis.No evidence of periappendiceal collection.please tehll me if i should take operation or can it be cured with medicines?

You should go for immediate surgery otherwise appendicular rupture can happen.
