What Does This Result From Urinalysis Indicate?

I had 2 urinalysis test. First for annual routine exam and then dr. Asked me back due to WBC and rbc in urine. Results show WBC esterase 2+, protein negative, occult blood1+, specific gravity =1.005, WBC 11-30, Rbc 3-10. There were few bacteria but all else normal and no symptoms of UTI. Other than UTI what could it be?

Thanks for your question.

After going through your question, I want to know -
1) Your age and gender.
2) Are you diabetic or not.

UTI is common in female. It is usually rare in male.
Repeated UTI in male required detailed evaluation.

Your urine report suggest UTI.
Absence of urinary symptoms does not rule out UTI.
Asymptomatic UTI also possible with atypical infections or in patients with diabetes.

Blood in urine may be due to UTI or may be due to stone in urinary tract.

I would like to advise you -
1) Urine culture and sensitivity.
2) Ultrasonography of abdomen and pelvis.
3) Blood tests like complete haemogram, renal function tests, blood sugar levels.

Consult your physician, There may be need for antibiotics.
