Hello and welcome to HCM,
The normal level of SGOT and SGPT is
SGPT and SGOT levels of 72 and 49 is slightly above the normal level.
Bilirubin level is also above the normal range.
Increased level of SGPT, SGOT and bilirubin are seen in liver damage.
These values suggest damage to liver cells or hepatocytes.
Common causes of damage are infection and inflammation.
Removal of gall bladder is not probably the cause of elevated liver enzymes and bilirubin.
Is there history of viral hepatitis or any drug intake in the past?
If yes then this could be the cause of elevated liver enzymes and bilirubin.

Thanks and take care
