What Does This Result For Pelvic Ultrasound Indicate?

Hello, my name is Leylan and I m 22 years old. I just had a pelvic ultrasound performed on me today and the doctor said that it could be a possible Ovarian Teratoma. The doctor also noticed a black spot on my uterus, she told me that it could be a pregnancy. Requested that I do a pregnancy test but it came back negative, what else could it be? I have images of the ultrasound.
