Hi Zafar, Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum.
You have absolutely normal Lipid Profile except LDL which falls in Borderline (Normal is 100-190 mgs/dl), which means if you don't take further care, there are chances that it may increase and you will need medications to reduce it. Just changes in your lifestyle will make better changes in your LDL. If you are overweight exercise regularly and go for brisk walk for 30 to 40 minutes daily and avoid high calorie foods. If you smoke or drink alcohol quit them and eat fiber rich fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables.

Wish you Good Health.

General & Family Physician Dr. Anupama Rangaswamy's  Response
Hey Siddique,
your cholesterol values are all normal. Except for HDL which is good cholesterol and it has to be more than 45. To increase its value try to follow a good cardiovascular exercise regimen.
Lemme know if you have further concerns or questions.
Thanks for choosing health care magic.
