What Does This Report Indicate?

Hi my name is MEREN. I AM 18 YEARS OLD. So my question is that, today i was diagnose with evidence Moderate proctitis for 5- 10 cm, up to 3rd valve Houtson, mostly with inn first 5 cm. there were a few scattered erosion, inflammatory polyp just above 3rd valve, Biospied . there was ild inflammation in cceum consistent with cecal pouch found in proctitis. the remainder of the colon was normal. so this is all the info i got from my doctor but i have no idea was it mean and what have.

Moderate proctitis means there is inflammation of the rectum, which can settle with anti inflammatory agents.
However there was a polyp also which was called inflammatory, so that is also not of much concern. It is non neoplastic, means it is not a tumor.
But you need to be regular on your medications and have good dietary habits, to prevent progression to inflammatory bowel disease.
