How severe is his eye vision? They say being + it is not a severe case..i am worried that at 6 he needs to wear glasses...will he need to continue to wear throughout his life?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The report of ophthalmologist is indicative of minor to moderate vision sharpness lack and he must wear glasses to correct the defect. The duration of need of glasses is usual life time and if you continue the glasses or lens, there is slow progress of the condition rather than fast deterioration in whom they are reluctant to use lens.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
