What Does This Pelvic Ultrasound Result Indicate?

my last period start 23 july 2014 . now 1 september my preganancy report positve. i feel pain in abdonal area. i checked doctor. she take my ultrasound pelvis tvs . my report are follow.ENDOMETRIUM:(endometrial echoes are 16mm thick central,showing a tiny cystal structure of 2.3mm.right ovary measure 4.2*2.4 left ovary measures 3.1*1.4cm no adnexal mass seen on either side .mild free fluid in cul-de-sac . she not satisfied me . is there any danger. or normal. she suggest me to wait for 4 to 5 days .then it b clerified .

Welcome to Health care magic.

1. Pregnancy test positive earlier and thickened endometrial cavity with crystalline features - for me it suggest like there was a pregnancy and wary miss-carriage would have happened.
2.The echo-genic thickened with tory crystals could be the retained products of the conception - RPOC.
3.But to report RPOC there are criteria like - there should be vascularity / blood supply seen to the products.
4.In this case you have to wait for a week and check again - if remains as it is, you may have to undergo D&C - dilatation and curettage.
5.Any one would do the same as your doctor - so wait and review after a week.
