Hello

Your findings may indicate UTI(urinary tract infection). It is due to cloudy appearance and presence of excess leukocytes in urine.
You may need clinical evaluation and few investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram, random blood sugar, renal function test, urine culture and sensitivity and ultrasound of abdomen.

You may need to take antibiotics depend upon culture and sensitivity report.
You should drink plenty of water.

Get well soon.
