What Does This Neck And Spine MRI Report Indicate?

My name is Renita Himmelfarb and I had a MRI on my neck and spine and I read a lot of lertters and words I did not understand like mild biconcavity c3 indeterminate age, c2-3 moderate disc desiccation ,c3-4 severe disc desiccation and other such words also.

I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns!
As per your MRI you are having minor changes in your cervical (neck) spine which is commonly called as "disc problem" by layman.
you don't need to worry regarding this as it is quite common and indicate age related wear and tear and can be managed very effectively.
The numbers indicates nothing but the level of your spine starting from above. You are having a slight disc bulge(biconcavity) of your spine and some degenerative changes.
I suggest you to consult a physiatrist( a doctor specialized in physical medicine) and get evaluated.
He will explain various exercises and life style modifications which are quite effective in controlling the symptoms.
You may also require analgesics for controlling pain and discomfort.
