Hi welcome to HCM...

Your blood pressure and triglyceride value was high for which you given antihypertensive and lipid lowering drugs....

These drug should not be self stopped ...
Even after normal blood report it should be continued in low maintainance dose....

Meanwhile lifestyle measures has to be taken....like....
-low fat diet
-regular exercise
-green leafy vegetables and fruits more
-trans fat diet like junk food and non veg less....

Regular follow up needed to physician ...
Annually check your treadmill test to detect high risk case...

So don't stop drug by your own and consult physician for it....

Take care.
