Fatty infiltration means increased fat deposition within the liver. This is a relatively common finding. It's most commonly due to increased fat in diet, overweight, diabetes or alcohol intake. It's nothing serious to worry about, and there's no specific medical treatment. Only weight and diet control are advised.

Focal fatty sparing means there's an area within the liver where less fat is deposited. It's due to alterations in blood supply, and may disappear later. It's nothing serious, and requires to treatment.

Otherwise, the Ultrasound report is normal findings.
