What Does This Lab Test Report For Pain In Legs Indicate?

i have a high family history of cancer with my father and my mother has lost her sister and her brother has cancr also, i did my annual lab work and my wbc was 15, i aslo had elevated Neutrophilis, Monocytes, immune granulocytes and also ANA, i have fatigue and pain in the bones in my leg could i have cancer

You have got raised WBC count ....you possibly be suffering from any acute infection like throat , chest or UTI...Better consult your doctor who thoroughly examines you to find out the actual cause of raised WBC count..
fatigue and bone pain perse dont point towards the cancer...you better get evaluated first..< like hematological distubances by your doctor >..
As far as the raised ANA is concerned this test detects antinuclear antibodies (ANA) in your blood. Your immune system normally makes antibodies to help you fight infection. In contrast, antinuclear antibodies often attack your body's own tissues — specifically targeting each cell's nucleus.it is positive in lupus, rheumatoid arthritis or scleroderma. your doctor will will thoroughly examine you and order some additional test to look for specific antibody to reach the final diagnosis....
