General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

USG appearance of your thyroid gland shows probably its a goitre (benign thyroid enlargement).
But as there is a nodule then it has to be investigated to see whether it is a benign swelling also and for that FNAC from right thyroid nodule to be done.
So consult a general surgeon for opinion.
I think my reply will satisfy you.
Would you like to know anything more? then let me know.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sourav Ganguly, General & Family Physician
