What does this lab report indicate?

Hello I just received test results for a potential skin infection from my doctor. The results said: Gram Stain     RARE EPITHELIAL CELLS Gram Stain     RARE GRAM POSITIVE COCCI Gram Stain     RARE GRAM POSITIVE BACILLI Gram Stain     NO NEUTROPHILS SEEN Organism 1     1) NORMAL FLORA Is this something to be worried about? Does rare mean rare or barely present ? Thanks

Usually, everybody has some bacteria in their skin like stomach, oral cavity or intestines.

Your having normal bacteria in your skin so don't worry.

Hello Doctor, I got small hypoechoic lesion seen in fundus of uterus- 8.2 * 7.3 mm. can you suggest is there any medical treatment for this? or it can be cure have some vitamins ? will you suggest me is there any tips for it. i got my period normally they have end within 3 days only flow of period increase some time ..

Hello Dr. I have 1. Mild to moderate disc degeneration of the cervical spine with multiple disc osteophyte complexes and facet arthropathy and underlying congenital spinal stenosis. 2. C3-4 and C6-7, there is posterior disc osteophyte complex with moderate spinal stenosis and mild bilateral foraminal stenosis. 3. c5-6, there is left foraminal osteophyte complex with moderate to severe left foraminal narrowing with nerve root impingement and mild right foraminal stenosis with mild underlying congenital spinal stenosis. Please explain this to me.
