General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi & Welcome.

Incomplete data like age & gender of the patient, symptoms like fever, loss of appetite, constipation & INCOMPLETE test results....

The readings that are given in your query are from a Widal test for salmonella typhi in blood.

The result of S Typhi O of 1:80 would indicate an infection in the early stages, possibly, and regarded as suspicious.

An S Typhi H reading of 1:40 would be considered as suspicious.
The reading of S Para Typhi AH and BH ARE NOT GIVEN.

It would therefore appear that lab results in your question are suggestive of Salmonella Typhi infection and would require clinical correlation and tests to ensure that the condition is treated and diminishes rather than worsens.

Hope to have answered your query.
