What Does This Kidney Biopsy Report Specify?

I am a diabetic patient for last 6 years i have protein urea of 20gm last week i did kidney biopsy and got the following diagnosis in the report membranous glomerulonephritis in a case of diabetes mellitus My doctor has suggested to take Cardace 5 and Gupisone 20mg 2 tablets in morning please help me if this will solve the problem and if the medications are correct? please suggest what to do and which medicines to take?
