What does this results mean: Gram stain. Gram positive cocci ..WBCs/LPF 0-1 Isolation Organisms: Gram positive bacteria observed by direct examination are normal commensals flora. This was found after I had Unprotected sex with my boyfriend. Did he infect me with it. What could be the cause

I really appreciate your concern, if this are the gram negative and gram positive bacteria being detected in testing then it is the indication of some infection and that need to be treated but it need to be correlated with clinical condition hope this information helps.
