What Does This Follicular Study Report Indicate?

I did Follicular study on my 13th day left ovary size is 22mm..on 15th day size is 29mm..my doctor told me that became as cyst..and it can t repture...on 17th day follicle size is 27mm...I d it a cyst and why the size is decreased...I have irregular periods..and I have PCod problem... please help me iam trying to conceive but iam not releasing egg.. suggest me

Hello,

A single ovarian cyst of less than 4 cm is generally not a cause of concern. It just needs to be followed with ultrasound in the next few months.
As for PCOD, you may take clomifene to induce ovulation and may follow up with an ultrasound to see if an ovulatory cyst is developing.
