esophagus and a piece of tissue-
biopsy has been taken from this are.
-Erythema-

-Tent like appearance of the upper most part of the stomach when the scope end is revered-up (retroflesion), and when the scope is being passed through this junction the area pops means gets ballooned out , which is not normal- this is suggestive of
hiatus hernia (mentioned later).
-Mucosa of the stomach is nodular means in spite of a smooth appearance it has appearance as it grains are there .
-Antrum , a lower part of the stomach has an small ulcer which has a clot attached on it.
-
Duodenum is the first part of the small intestines in continuity with stomach and is norma.
- You have anemia- low
hemoglobin hence subjected to stool occult blood, that is hemma test to see whether the bleeding was there.
2. Colonoscopy: angioectasia is a collection of small blood vessels was found without active bleeding, hence treated with thermal , means heating - this causes the blood vessels to shrink.
Rest of the colonoscopy was normal.
Achalasia and Pesudoachalasia :: means narrowing at the lower end of the esophagus as was found and biopsied.
