What Does This Colonoscopy Test Report Indicate?

Hello. My test results (colonoscopy) were Acutely inflamed granulation tissue w/poorly formed non-necrotizing granuloma. moderate chronic active inflamation and cryptitis. Size 0.5x0.4x0.1. what can you please tell me about this Dx? Thank you.Also, what was found in there, was left in there. No meds...nothing. ???

Dear your colonoscopy report suggestive of there is inflammation in the colon it may be secondary to inflammatory bowel disease or due to infection like amoebiasis, Tuberculosis or cmv infection etc. Please consult your doctor he will treat you accordingly.
