What Does This Chest X-ray Report Mean?

Hello.... My chest X-ray reslut states that the trachea is midline. fibrolinear densities are noted in the left upper lung field. the cardiac shadow is not enlarged. The diaphragm and costophrenic sulci are intact. The soft and bony thorax are unremarkable.. The conclusion say. FIBROSIS, LEFT UPPER LUNG FIELD.... What does this mean?

I really appreciate your concern, Fibrosis means it is healed lesion in the lungs once the fibrosis is took place then it may not cause any clinical manifestation and this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care.
