What does this chest X-ray report specify?

Doc can you answer please about my Problem on my X-ray/Chest PA it says Suspicious infiltrates.both upper lobes.Apico-lordotic view Suggested. Suspicious are seen in both upper lobes Heart is not Enlarged Aorta is unremarkable Diaphragm and bony thorax are intact

noted chest x-ray results. are you experiencing any respiratory tract symptoms? do you have exposure to any chemicals in your environment? suspicious infiltrates may be suggestive of an infectious process (such as pneumonia, tuberculosis, etc.). other things must also be ruled-out (asbestosis, silicosis, etc). additional view (apico-lordotic) is suggested for confirmation and further evaluation. the rest of the structures are normal. it is best to consult with a doctor for physical examination and clinical evaluation. diagnostics and management will be directed accordingly.
