General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi I can understand your concern.

Dear prominent bronchovascular marking has to be correlated with clinical symptoms.
You have not mentioned clinical feature and smoking history.

First if you are smoker or have history of Chemical exposure in industry and if cough present then bronchitis might be the cause.

If you are not smoking and no other complain then no need for worry for it.

If fever present with cough then it might be by viral pneumonia.

So in short if you have no respiratory complaint then don't worry about that.

I hope your concern solved.

Take care.
