What Does This Chest X-ray Finding Indicate?

I had a chest X-ray that showed cardiomegaly with no pleural effusions and no pulmonary congestion. I have no symptoms like shortness of breath or chest pain. I exercise regularly by riding a bike about 10 miles per day. Should I be worried about this?
