What Does This Blood Test Results And Ultrasound Report Indicate?

i am 40 yr male wt 78kg height 166cm. my blood report as follows

tatal cholestrol...253mg/dl(high>240mg/dl)

s. triglyceride..171mg/dl (border line high=150 to 199mg/dl)

HDL 40mg/dl (40 to 60)

direct LDL 191 mg/dl (v. high>190)

VLDL cholestral 34.2 mg/dl (
Cholestral/HDL ratio 6.3 (average risk)

LDL/HDL ratio 4.8 moderate risk

in liver fun test all is ok except

ALT 88U/L ref 30 to 65

GGT 167 U/L ref 5 to 85

AST 32 U/L ref 15 to 37

plasma glucose random 146 mg/dl ref 70 --140

plasma glucose fasting 98mg/dl

plasma glucose pp 2hrs 103 mg/dl

HbA1c 6.2%

eAG estimated ave. glucose 131.2 (non diabatic range=65---135)

liver shows mildly coarsened echofexture. there is hypertrophy of the caudate and left lobes.

pancreas outline is bright echofetexture

impression= early hepatic parenchymal disease

fatty pancreas

mild prostatomegaly







probleb facing=== just pressure on left chest by liver so uncomfortable feeling

You have to control the cholesterol numbers. This can be achieved by taking a healthy and nutritious diet. You need to cut down on excessive fatty foods and alcohol. You have an average risk of developing coronary heart disease if your cholesterol numbers do not improve. You should consult a cardiologist and take necessary medications.

The ultrasound report says about you having fatty liver and fat in pancreas, both of which are benign conditions.

The prostatomegaly can be causing urinary problems for which you need to take treatment form your urologist.
