Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of the blood report is as follows:
The hemoglobin levels are low, hemtaocrit is low.
Low hemoglobin and low hematocrit suggest anemia.
Red blood cell indices and peripheral blood smear examination are required to know the type of anemia.
The white blood counts reveal increased in white blood cell count and increase in eosinophils.
Increased number of eosinophils are seen in cases of parasitic infections, allergies, drug allergies and neoplasms.
Platelet count is also within normal range.

Blodd biochemistry shows incereased amount of total bilirubin, direct and indirect bilirubin.
The liver enzymes of SGOT, SGPT and alkaline phosphatase are also elevated.
The proteins, albumin and globulin are all with normal ranges.
The A:G ratio is on lower side, however, it does not signify any disease process.
The blood biochemistry suggests an underlying liver disease.
The liver disease can be due to underlying liver disease.
Clinical assessment, detailed history and relevant investigations are required to know the cause of underlying liver disease.
Liver diseases which can cause derranged liver functions are alcoholic liver disease, viral hepatitis, drug induced liver damage, etc.

Thus, consult your primary healthcare provider for further work up.

Thanks and take care
