What Does This Blood Test Report Signify?

HI--My husband s insurance physical denied him due to blood test results. White blood cells were TNTC and creatinine was H340.4. He is 6 1 and 165 lbs normal blood pressure, has not had abnormal labs in the past. He had had very bad stomach flu for 4 days and unbeknownst to me went for the insurance urine test his first day back on his feet, first thing in the morning without eating or drinking. Is this possibly just from dehydration?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your lab report that showed high level of creatinine I am suggesting that your husband has developed a renal disease

In view of this please do a renal biopsy and see a nephrologist specialist with the results and for further clinical assessment and adequate drug prescription

I hope this helps Regards
