What Does This Blood Test Report Indicate?

Dear Doctor, My age 35 yrs Sex : M Weight 69 Kgs Height 5.4 i have issue with some months that anywhere on the face, i got itches and get pus. i was having medicines. and doctor advised me to get Complete Haemogram Blood Test. where the blood report findings are as follows: 1. HB 13 2. TLC 9300 3. polymorphs 78 4. lymphocyte 17 5. eosinophil 03 6. monocyte 02 7. basophil 00 8. erthrocyte sed.rate(wgn) 06 9. rbc 5.19 10. mcv 80.2 11. mch 25 12. mchc 31.3 13. platlet count 2.39 14. p.c.v./hct 41.6 peripheral smear R.B.C S ARE NORMOCYTIC NORMOCHRONIC. TLC WITHIN NORMAL LIMITS AND DLC SHOWS NEUTROPHILIA. PLATELETS APPEAR TO BE ADEQUATE. NO ABNORMAL CELL OR HAEMOPARASITE SEEN. IPRESSION: NEUTROPHILIA. My question is the doctor has given me following medicines: AMZECLAW-625 0-0 BRUFAMOL 0-0 SIZON 0-0 for 7 days. are these correct to cure it permanently or i need to do something else too. also kindly tell me, by looking at the blood report, what else can be the issue with my body. thanks with regards, shyam indian
