Hello,
your HbA1c is higher than the target of 7.0%. This requires a careful assessment of your diet and physical activity. If you eat and exercise properly then you need to either add a new drug or increase metformin dosage - if applicable.
Your 13300 WBC is higher than normal. In most of the cases it is due to benign causes. For example if you had an infection then your WBC can rise. If you can't recall any problem at the time close to the blood test then repeat testing after a couple of weeks would be appropriate.
Uric acid elevations do not usually need an intervention at the level of 7,74mg% unless you have a history of gout or uric acid kidney stones or are under treatment for malignancies. Uric acid can accumulate in many health conditions including renal failure, hematologic malignancies etc but is usually due to idiopathic metabolic causes. It's a usual finding in overweight diabetic patients. Although it's related to increased morbidity, lowering its levels in cases other than those already mentioned would not confer any benefit.
