Hello and welcome to HCM,
Bilirubin test is done to assess the liver functions.
Elevated levels of total bilirubin some pathology in the liver or biliary system.
Indirect bilirubin is within normal limits.
However, the level of direct bilirubin is raised thus suggesting some kind of obstruction in the biliary tract.

You need to consult your physician and some more investigations like ultrasound abdomen may be required to know the cause of elevated direct bilirubin levels.

Thanks and take care
