What Does This Abdominal X-ray Indicate?

5cm hepatomegaly with right upper quadrant tenderness and fullness in the suprapubic area. Deranged showed an obstruction. Virology screen was negative. abdominal x-ray showed a sentinel loop of bowel with gas. abdominal ultrasound confirmed presence of ascites, with a large degree of fat filtration of the liver with an irregular contour. common bile duct could not be identified, however the gallbladder was thin walled, and there was no evidence of intrahepatic duct dilation. What does all this mean in laments terms?

HI
Well come to HCM
Liver pathology would be the cause of this, portal hypertension need to be ruled out, viral infection may be the reason, abscess can be one of it, liver enzyme test need to be done, some investigation required like CT imaging, hope this information helps, take care.
