What Does This X-ray Result Of Back Indicate?

i am 24 year old and have lower back pain in low temp., had meet with doctor and he suggested to take X-Ray i did the same and doctor also advised me to have a medicine called " Cyclobenzaprine " but still same problem and X-Ray Result was " everything was normal but only one thing was not good and that was "straightening of spine is seen with loss of normal curvature suggestive of muscle spasm" what that mean i dont know. please help me to resolve this problem.

Hi,
Showing loss of curvature and straightening of spine in elderly might be due to degenerative and osteo-artheritis in spines.
But as you are young this might be due to faulty posture of sitting.
This can be due to long time sitting in front of computer or table work.
Correct your posture.
Sit straight and avoid bending from back while doing work.
Go for back extension exercises daily.
Ok and take care.
