What does this X-ray report indicate?

Hello Doctor, Yesterday, my mother-in law has fallen and had injured her right shoulder. The following is the report: Quote Inferior dislocation of humeral head noted. Comminuted fracture noted in proximal humerus with lateral angulation of distal shaft and lateral displacement of greater tuberosity. Rest of are normal. Suggested clinical correlation. Unquote
