Hi Welcome to healhcaremagic After going through your query I concluded that your grandson is suffering from probably tuberculosis as he is taking ATT treatment for 3 months. He has to complete his full course of treatment.Treatment modification and assessments depends more on ESR and clinical symptoms and less of x ray finding. Finding which you described suggest that he has pulmonary tuberculosis. You can discuss with your doctor about it. Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then please don't hesitate to write to us.
