What Does This X-ray Report For Collar Bone Injury Indicate?

I was working out doing the incline bench press when my collar bone cracked causing me a lot of pain, after a month and a half I went to see an orthopedic doctor he took an x-ray and he found a small black spot about the size of a half a marble , where all of my pain is coming from , he ordered an MRI but I was wondering what it could be

It is very difficult to diagnose accurately without diagnostic findings.
Normally black spot in bone indicate Fracture of bone. but MRI reports may give a clear picture. Suggest you to go for MRI and then consult you doctor for his opinion.
