Hello
Welcome to Ask a Doctor service
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
The test result indicative of some area in the heart having less blood supply or no blood supply and it happening due to the cardiac artery disease, condition further needed some cardiac evaluation like angiography, CT angiography and others, to know the lesion in the artery
Hope I have answered your query, let me know for further assistance.
